AIP website accepts online order!

At the beginning of July, 2011, our website added online order processing system via PayPal. You can now place order and make payment for our products right here on our website. Please note the following:

• Currency: Currently all prices are in Canadian dollars, but US customers can also use our online order system because the two currencies are not much different.
  
  
• Shopping cart: Our shopping cart is hosted by PayPal. Your items remain in the cart until you remove them in the cart or checked out.
  
  
• Flat shipping rates: For simplicity, we have implemented a flat shipping rate system based on our past experience. A flat shipping rate is automatically added for each item and totaled on a separate line. If you want to pick up the item, please do not place order online. Just directly come to our store to make purchases there.
  
  
• Combined shipping discount: we have offered combined shipping discount for quantity above 1 for the same item. However, our system cannot automatically provide combined shipping rate for multiple products. Please contact us to get the combined shipping rate over the phone or email. Then you can make payment over the phone with your credit card or via PayPal.
  
  
• Sales Tax: for all Canadian customers, all orders including shipping fees are taxed as follows: Ontario 13% HST, all other provinces 5% GST. No sales tax for International customers.
  
  
• Payment method: all payments are processed by PayPal. Although payment with your confirmed PayPal account is preferred, we also accept all major credit cards Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
  
  
• Shipment processing: All items are shipped within 2 business days. If a payment is not cleared or placed under investigation, items will be hold until the payment is cleared or a resolution is reached.
  
  
• Shipping address: All items are shipped to the confirmed PayPal address ONLY! Shipping to alternate address MUST be pre-approved by AIP. You must contact us to obtain approval before you make the payment.
  
  
• International Shipping: We do not ship to anywhere outside Canada and US due to high cost of shipping. Sorry, no inquiry about international shipping. We have wasted so much time to get shipping quotes and never get the sales.
